OPera browser 89.0.4422.0&4428 crashes infinitely

System environment: Windows11 X64 Home Chinese version 64GB DDR5 4800MHZ, 12th gen1 12900H 25126.1000, these two versions cannot run; the browser cannot be started, and the launcher cannot boot the browser to work normally.

Even more on W7.
What did U do to my favorite browser ????
Started with crashing updates, no response on reporting bug. Now I can't open or uninstall app.
Are U nuts ?
No problem with other browsers on my system.

I'm the user from many years , and never , never had so many problems after update !!!!

Now I suspect that these cannot be injected into the launcher, Manifest opera_elf.dll opera browser.dll LibEGL.dll icudtl.dat
