Launcher vs Opera

I went to AppData -> Local -> Programs -> Opera GX to get the right application for Winstep! Nexus. But I see two applications, one called Launcher and one called Opera. I'm not sure what the difference between the two is, as they seem to do the exact same thing. Which is preferred, and why? Thanks.

@blushock I think it's better to use opera.exe from the main installation directory.

@blushock Check in opera://about, but it's basically the place you have mentioned.
