Voice Search for Opera 24

I want to enable "Voice Search" within my Opera Browser ver. 24. I see tutorials for previous versions -- but none for this one. Also tried migrating Google's Voice Search over to Opera and I now have a MIC icon on my address bar -- but it is not functioning properly.
A little pop-up comes up with nothing but a drop-down menu with a list of search engines.
Anyone know how to do this successfully?

It didn't work with earlier versions, and I don't think it does with this one, but haven't checked it.
