Problem with pictures loading?

I use Opera for quite some time but yesterday I noticed that one site I visit often isn't loading the pictures correctly. I can see miniatures (preview) in a rather low quality with a lot of pixels. If I open the picture full size - its OK.
I've checked other sites in Opera - everything is OK.
I've checked the same site in Opera on another computer - everything is OK.
I do not think the site is to blame since it works well on other computers and I haven't seen any claims from the users about this issue. But at the same time I have no idea what I can try to restore it to a correct display.
I've tried clearing all browser settings and cache, installing all updates available, but still nothing...

I've found a solution of some sort in case someone is facing a similar issue - by changing this particular web site's scale to anything greater than 100%, all pictures come back to normal, without any blur. I put 110% just to keep the overall visual apperance of the site.
But still it would be good to know if there is an explanation to this occurance and what shall be done to come back to original 100% scale and sharp pictures.
