Missing url link popup in bottom left corner.

Hello. Title is pretty explanatory. It happens since several days, but I don't know what browser update made it happen.
There isn't the url popup in the bottom left corner anymore, when you pass the mouse over a link.
Most important thing, is that It Works if I use the Private mode, but with the Regular mode, it doesn't.
And yes, I tried to disable all extensions, even the built in ad blocker.Oddly, if I pass the mouse over a link, just after I launch the browser, it seems to shows up for a very very short time, maybe a milisecond, but in a wrong position.

There are rare cases where just having an extension installed but disabled can cause problems. If it's not a big deal, try uninstalling all your extensions and then reinstall one by one. Or, goto the URL
opera://extensionsand turn on "allow access to private pages" for each extension (even with the extensions disabled) and see if that then triggers the problem in private mode. If not, uninstalling your extensions temporarily might still be a good test.You could also restart your computer and then uninstall (don't choose to delete your data when uninstalling) and reinstall Opera just to make sure Opera's program files are good.
If this only happens are certain sites, it could be a cookie issue, especially since it works in private mode. You'd then goto the URL
opera://settings/siteData, type the site in the search-cookies field and choose "remove all shown". -

Never mind. I can confirm. It's just broken right now. I can also confirm that it works for a split second at startup. This makes me think it's one of Opera's built-in component extensions causing the issue.

At the URL
opera://settings/onStartup, do you have startup set to "Begin fresh with start page" or do you have "Retain tabs from previous session" set where you always close all tabs so that only the start page tab is opened before you close Opera? -

@burnout426 I have "begin fresh".
After latest update 85.0.4341.79 it worked fine, and I thought they fixed it. But now it doesn't work again. -

@marcolo Correct. The problem is still there in 85.0.4341.79.
Try this for a workaround for now. Goto the URL
opera://settings/onStartup, select "Open a specific page or set of pages", click "add a new page", and enteropera://startpage. Then, you can close Opera and start it back up. -

@marcolo Awesome. This has been reported internally. If a fix goes out, I'll let you know so you can switch back to the "begin with fresh start page" to test if this issue is fixed.
