error message opening a pdf

Just updated to 86.0.4363.50, Tried to open a pdf and am getting an error message:
"Chromium pdf viewer has been disabled. To reenable it, please go to opera://settings?section=plugins."

I do that and can't find anything in settings, including via a search, mentioning plugins or Chromium. What am I missing? Thanks,

@sgrandin Any help on this? Just happened again, trying to open a pdf attachment from within a webmail portal

Does it happen in a test standalone installation too?
