Built in VK messenger does not seem to work.

Description: It seems that the built in VK messenger throws an error and it's impossible to use it properly.
Steps to (try to) reproduce the issue: open VK messenger on the sidebar
Expected behavior and actual one: it working
Any one has any idea as to why it isn't working? Haven't found any information online abou it, is it related to VK being a russian communicator?

@bron99 Does it open in a regular tab? What about in other browsers?

@leocg other browsers don't have built in messengers. but apparently it started working again yesterday, so i guess whatever caused the issue got fixed.

@bron99 They are just the regular webpage put in a panel.
