Problem with tabs and card reloading

Hello, I have 2 recent problems with Opera GX

1. Some tabs do not have icons which is really bothersome.
2. After opening the browser, the tabs from the previous session are not automatically loaded (previously it happened automatically, I saw their little icons now there is nothing).

I would like to ask you for help.
