Home screen shortcuts to pages can be recovered?

Hi Everyone
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus

I had a lot of important Webpage Shortcuts on multiple homescreens.

I accidentally deleted my Opera Browser App, which also removed all Web Shortcuts from my home screens.

I have reinstalled the Opera App.

Is there a way to retrieve all of my Shortcuts?
