The first Opera stable 86.0.4363.23 is here ;-)

Major news in this version:
- Categories in the address bar drop-down
- Snapshot option in the pop-up (when selecting 3 or more words)
- Crop tool in the Snapshot feature
- Crypto Wallet in the sidebar

- DNA-98525 Unable to drag a tab to far right
- DNA-98924 Tab tooltip gets stuck on the screen
