Opera x32 works fine for me. When I try to install x64 it seems to install ok but when I start the browser all I get is either a white screen or a black screen. No top bar or sidebars at all. Do you have an x64 version that will work for me? I'm installing into an AMD R3 with 64G of ram running Win 10.
