How to stop Opera GX running in the background?

Whenever I close a browser, I expect all the tabs to be closed automatically, however, for Opera GX when I close it and open it later on, the tabs are still there and i have to manually close the tabs one by one. For other browsers like chrome/edge when i click the cross button, all the tabs auto close so how can i get that for Opera GX?

@razin999 It seems that something is preventing Opera from closing properly.

@razin999 By default, Opera will start with the opened pages from last session. If you don't want it to happen, you can change the behavior in settings page.
