Extensions keyboard shortcut cannot be disabled

Have changed the shortcut to open the Extensions tab, so it is no longer command+shift+E. But when I press command+shift+E the extensions tab still opens.
Have tried restarting Opera, that doesn't help.
Have tried having no shortcut, and tried changing the short cut to another key combination - both ways still result in the same problem. -

Workaround for anyone having same problem: reassign the shortcut from Mac System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts.
But it really should be possible to change this from Opera's settings
