Opera GX is not allowing me to edit cookies

Opera GX Stable 85.0.4341.65I am having trouble to log in into certain pages because the samesite atribute on cookies isn't set to None, but i cannot change the value or anything at all for that matter
It was working normally earlier today and i haven't made any changes to configuration
I tried to change cookie settings, tags for default settings on SameSite cookies, delete all cookies, do a clean install and i still can't get to edit them
