I am having trouble to log in into certain pages because the samesite atribute on cookies isn't set to None, but i cannot change the value or anything at all for that matter

It was working normally earlier today and i haven't made any changes to configuration

I tried to change cookie settings, tags for default settings on SameSite cookies, delete all cookies, do a clean install and i still can't get to edit them
