Non-visible Speed dial tabs consuming a lot of CPU

Hello old Opera-friends!

I have a recurring problem on Mac (running 85.0.4341.47) that has been the case for a long time. I usually run with 2-3 browser windows and around 80-100 tabs, when the fan is starting to spin I check in on the Opera Task Manager, and it's quite common to see something like this:

But, I have no open Speed Dial Pages visible anywhere, so I'm wondering if it's expected that a Speed Dial page should consume around 12-30% CPU while sitting in the background? Also with a freshly started Opera (with same amount of windows/tabs) the non-visible Speed Dial page consumes 12-30% CPU.

Known problem? Or expected behaviour?
