M2 , How to move Receive to the top row ?

Don't know why today the "Receive" changed it's position from the upper to lower. How I can move it back as picture on the right ?

Looks like your index.ini is messed up.

By default, Received should be:

[Index 2]
Name=Received
Id=2
Parent Id=1600000000
