that is how screen looks. all other browsers do work.
opera doesnt even offer! to change settings. this is an incredible kindergarden.

@sunsplash Which other browsers "work"? Some browsers (eg: Firefox) use the browser-maker's certificate store (downloaded from online) to verify site authenticity; chromium-based browsers like Opera use the OS's cert store for verification. The first question to answer is whether your Windows 11 certificate store contains the proper cert. If the site can be accessed from Chrome or another chromium-based browser, then the proper cert indeed exists in the OS's store, and the failure cause lies elsewhere.

Chrome and Bing work. Earlier (now uninstalled) Firefox worked, too ..
