HDD's keep spinning up when opera running

everything on my system runs off my multiple SSD's pagefile, download folder, etc. etc. i only use my hdd's for longterm data storage. so why does opera keep spinning them up? when i use other browsers, mainly Vivaldi, i do not have this problem. I guess if there's no solution to this i will just stop using it, but just was wondering if someone could shed some light on the situation. thanks. J
