New Opera's flag #pinboard-popup-refresh - disabled (work in progress)
Enables refreshed Pinboard popup.

The following Opera's flags are back:
#address-bar-dropdown-categories - enabled by default (ready to test it).
#side-profiles - disabled (work in progress)

The flag #native-crypto-wallet is enabled by default in this version (ready to test it).
