Wont open after upgrading to Windows 11

After upgrading my pc to windows 11 opera will no longer open, when i click on it it looks like it tries with the spinning wheel on my cursor but nothing pops up and the icon in the taskbar doesnt have a bar under it signifying its open, in my task manager nothing comes up on apps but opera will show up on background processes

Before posting, some required steps

First of all you should check if the problem is not being caused by an extension or a broken profile. Do the following required steps, re-starting Opera after each one of them and checking if the problem remains after each one.

Disable all extensions

Disable the ad-blocker

Disable all limiters

Reset settings to default

Reset flags to default

Create a clean profile folder/directory

If the problem is with a web page, check if it works with other browsers, specially Chromium based ones

Check if your drivers (Graphics Card, Sound, etc) are up to date

Check if your OS is up to date

Is this what your refering too? if so then yes, at least what i could with no access to the browser at all i cant really disable anything

just updated all drivers and did a clean install and still same thing happening

i havent found any with my specific problem but your making it very apparent that i wont find any help here and i should just change browsers
