@gamerdoggo13: If you want to make it work on your opera browser just tap the Green
(+ Add to Opera) button in the top right and it will automatically apply itself. If that doesn't work try removing it and installing it again.

@gamerdoggo13 I'm afraid the wallpapers only work on Desktop Versions of opera. Opera apps which are considered mobile apps can't have wallpapers installed

@harsh-96r The only fix i think would help is uninstalling and reinstalling the wallpaper, a bunch of guys asked the same question and it somehow worked for them.
