just blank screen after reinstall

Windows 11...My Opera was acting weird so I uninstalled it and downloaded and installed from Opera site. Now when Opera launches it goes my old info and launches preferred page but it is all blank. I can open other tabs and websites but they are blank too. anyone got a fix?

@jhig2001 I forgot to say that it blinks like it's going on and off.

First, make a test standalone installation to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop and run its launcher.exe. Does that Opera run fine or does it have the same problem?
