Antivirus is blocking a connection, why?

Since the last update of Opera GX I have recently been getting a message from Avast that there is a connection that is infected with a URL:TechScam and the process is coming from C:\Users\my user\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera GX\opera.exe. I have gotten this message twice. What is this connection? Why is my antivirus blocking it stating that it is infected?

@drummerbio You need to contact your anti-virus support and ask why they are blocking that site.

I guess that a site that you are visiting has some reference to it.

@leocg Makes sense, but I think I might actually have to reach out to Hulu because it was popping up on their site.

@drummerbio Did a quick search and it seems to be an advertising site, maybe one used by Hulu.
