'Homage' good features from Chrome- & Edge-browser

Dear Opera-developer-team:

A) Please implement the tab-grouping-feature from Chrome-browser
a1) Make the browser-tabs Moveable, Please!
{As you know; presently one needs to copy a tabs' URL, then open new tab at desired position & past the copied URL.}
'B) Micros-Edge-browser has a reader-mode with a superb synthetic-voice [Text-to-speech-/TTS-voice]. Please implement also that feature.
