M2 smtp not work with office365 premium

Outgoing mails works fine way back couple years until my company annonunce all staffs are provided new "office365 preimum".
I can no longer sending mail since then no matter I create new mail account on IMAP or POP with below who send me from my companie's adminstrator. It just showing error messge box like below.
Hope if there is any solution.

While Opera is closed, edit operaprefs.ini and add the following (or edit the section if it's already there).
[Security Prefs] Enable TLS v1.0=0 Enable TLS v1.1=0
I don't know if that will be enough. Opera Mail should support TLS 1.2 like Opera 12 does. But, there could be something wrong.
If needed, you can explicitly turn on TLS 1.2 with:
Enable TLS v1.2=1
But again, that might not be enough. Even if Opera Mail supports TLS 1.2, there might be some cipher that Opera Mail doesn't support.
