Audio artifacts

Identical problem to this.
Audio artifacts are noticeable on internet radio, likely present elsewhere, and not present in other browsers. It is likely that only audiophiles will notice this, but if I do not have resolution to this thread, I will be looking for other options for my low-resource browser needs.
I'm generally a fan of pointing the experts at the problem, rather than theorizing, but I have theories, and will provide if asked.
Per the rules, in order to keep my problem concise, rather than reiterate the rules, I will simply say I've followed them. Opera GX 97, Windows up to date as of 2022/02/18.
