Opera 12.17 Wand Stopped Working On One Specific Site

On the site below, Opera was working perfectly a few days ago with the wand enabled and when clicked, it allowed me to enter the site. All my other password protected site working fine with the wand.
Now when I go to the signin page, the wand no longer shows red, and is not available for use. I deleted the password from the preferences so that when I manually entered the login/password, the wand manager popped up and asked me if I want to remember this password...I clicked "Save"
After signing out, I went back to the signin page, and the wand is still not red, and not usable.
Another thing I noticed today was after entering the secure website, the site was EXTREMELY slow in rendering...there are the first half of the page that is available immediately, then it takes about another minute to load the rest...the reload button on the top is not showing "Stop" as it usually does when a page is still loading.
