Video Pop-out Transparency

Hi there,
Just reporting an annoying issue that is not being able to customize or change the transparency of the video pop-out even though the videoconferencing pop-out does have that option in a basic manner to enable or disable the transparency, was this intended? or was just overlooked?, either way it would be so helpful and useful if this can be added.

It wasn't like this before, I think it was fine last update or another way back but I don't remember that being like that, hence the question of if this being intended.

@alxjeager115 Enable opera://flags/#automatic-video-popout and you should see an option to disable the transparency of video pop-out.
