Can I rebind key combination to jump to a specific tab from Ctrl + 1 through Ctrl + 8 to Alt + 1 through Alt + 8

In Google Chrome and Opera I can jump to a specific tab by pressing Ctrl and the tab's number. For example if I want to jump to the third tab I can press Ctrl+3.
I want to rebind the key combination to jump to a specific tab from Ctrl + 1 through Ctrl + 8 to Alt + 1 through Alt + 8. Is possible?
For me pressing the Alt+123... is much more convenient than Ctrl+123....

Goto the URL opera://settings/keyboardShortcuts and scroll down to "Switch to first tab" to see all the number tab shortcuts. You can add alt + number to them if you want.
