Opera Flow on Huawei P40 Pro

I've read quite a lot about the issues with Opera Flow between mobile phones and desktop.
Is there any actual feedback from the devs on how to get this feature working?

For me, is like the only thing missing in order for Opera to become the perfect mobile experience.

@drstrom even on EMIU12 it happens... Makes no sense that this feature is not available. Or does it depend on any other 3rd party other Opera? It definitely needs attention
