Opera with WDAC (Windows Defender Application Control)

Hi,
We've rolled out WDAC on all of the laptops where I work and this was all well and good until Opera did an update. This presented a problem because the pathname to the browser changed (new directory, etc) and the application policy would no longer allow Opera to function.
Is there a way to install Opera (and get Opera to install updates) into the same directory each time so that it isn't necessary to deploy new policies to deal with the new directories?

Not too long ago, Opera added an opera.exe to the root of the install folder. See if there's a way that you can add/allow the path to that opera.exe instead and then see if things still work after an update.
