Opera GX can only be seen in full screen

I can only see it when I am in full screen and there is absolutely no fix to this whatsoever I tried reinstalling and absolutely nothing. please help. I even tried cascading the windows, but nothing.

Hit alt + p to open settings. Then, try F11 to get out of full screen.
