Opera 82.0 does not open Dial Page

Hallo eveyone,
I am very satisfay with Opera in my Linux distribution all works without problem just to the update from 81.0.4196.31-1 to 82.0 (Stable branch): after updating when I try to start Opera 82.0 the start page became completly Black and all the Speed Dial are lost, but the most important the CPU's load increasly dramatically to 99% and also the ventilation fan increasing the speed.
Below some information about my distro:

I tested unsuccesfull all the release starting from 82.0, now into the repository is available Opera 82.0.4227.58-1 with the same problem.
I also tried to start Opera from a new profile without success

I've seen the Kornelia's post link text
but is not yet arrived into Manjaro Stable branch: I will try to select Manjaro Testing branch ad install Opera 83.0: I have to read some tutorials about that.
Could be a problem for something related from Chrome 95 to Chrome 96 ?

I just installed Opera 83.0.4254.27 from Arch package and started from console with a new profile using the command

opera --user-data-dir=/tmp/opera-test-profile &

Have the same problems of Opera 82.0: CPU loading just to 45% (with Opera 81.0 is more or less lower than 10%)
The Start Page does not works, ad also the Dial Page; it is possible open a new page Google for instance: hereby a print screen

I change my graphic configuration and go back to use Intel GPU as default and NVIDIA only when it's necessary: with this configuration I have updated to Opera 83.0.4254.27 and all the problems are solved !!
