Folders for Workspaces

I want to preface this by thanking you guys for the Workspaces feature, it's amazing and afaik Opera is the only browser that offers this functionality. I love it, and i use it every day. You guys are the best.
The problem i'm running into now is managing my workspaces. My bookmarks bar is full of folders, and I am now at 18 workspaces, and even though I have icons depicting each workspace, it's still starting to get sort of hectic on my sidebar.
I think if there was a functionality that would enable users to treat workspaces as folders within each other, this would add a whole new dimension of organizing their workflow and the websites they visit
I am aware that this functionality already sort of exists by using bookmarks, in the form of grouping bookmarks into folders on the bookmark bar, and then nesting those folders inside other folders, etc. But i feel that this level of organizing content is very limited. For one thing, the user might come across a lot of websites that are of temporary interest, and might want to store them away in a folder with similar content, but the user might not want to bookmark them. Without bookmarking the website, one way to organize this content would be with workspaces. But after a while of doing this the workspaces can easily become overcrowded and require more levels of organization, which currently do not exist.
Thank you

@eye-browse1988 I think it would break the idea of workspaces.
Maybe you should try pinboards.
