[Request] Request for HLS Support

Lately, Many websites have changed their Communications Protocol To "HLS" (HTTP Live Streaming).
And yet Opera + Opera GX Do not support this Communication Protocol.
I, personally, Think that it would be worth it to support the new (It's not that new anymore...) HLS Communications Protocol. the people will be able to watch more stuff On Opera + Opera GX.

@teamblertan Most probably Opera will start supporting it when Chromium does.

I think https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1266991 is the bug for keeping track of HLS support progress in Chromium.
