Taskbar Visible in Youtube Fullscreen

I've just started using GX and downloaded adblock from opera addons, everything was fine for a day. Fast forward a day (today). Everything normal, watched like 3 videos no issues, I opened another program on my second monitor and the taskbar pops up. Can't get it to go away, even when I close all other programs the taskbar stays over the video.

Chrome used to do this occasionally but was always solved by exiting fullscreen then entering fullscreen. Just weird that this started happening after opening IntelliJ to work on some code I've been writing lol anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?
