As mentioned in the description Bright VPN extension for Opera lets you control the Bright VPN desktop application directly from your browser. It DOES NOT provide any VPN or proxy functionality by itself.

Access to our VPN servers is currently being restricted in Russia due to a decision made by the Russian Supervision Committee (Roskomnadzor - RKN). This is a government-imposed limitation and, unfortunately, beyond our control.
