Please check your IP at https://www.ip2location.com/demo/ and scroll down to "USAGE TYPE", make sure you are using a Residential IP (ISP) type and not a Datacenter (DCH).
As per our FAQ we require users to have a Residential IP https://brightvpn.com/faq#ip-type-requirements, Cheers!

If you install our App on your PC, everything that accesses the internet from it will go via the VPN country server you selected, as opposite if you install the browser extension then only the pages you visit will be using the VPN, and not everything that you have installed in your PC, cheers!
Если я установлю расширение в браузер то без установки Bright VPN на компьютер, расширением в браузере не смогу воспользоваться!
Следовательно вопрос - зачем мне устанавливать расширение в браузер, если я могу установить Bright VPN на свой компьютер и пользоваться VPN везде???????????????????

Sorry for the miss understanding, the extension is a remote control for our app as you can read on it.
It allows you to turn BrightVPN ON and OFF without having to be at your computer, as long as you have access to your browser profile you can control the VPN from anywhere.

По прежнему не работает подключение к серверам Казахстана и теперь он при подключении к Казахстану, показывает ошибку 703. Короче Казахстан по прежнему не работает, с другими серверами пока всё нормально.

In some instances when we release a new version some Anti-Virus take time to actually update their database.
BrightVPN is certified by Appesteem, you can check the virus detection by visiting our certification at https://customer.appesteem.com/certified?vendor=BDATA and then clicking on BrightVPN / App Metadata and Virus Total.
You can also check the results here from our latest version https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/908ed4acdf52c02b7ebd1f0abae88863d25a2119d9a1c2685bc8a45ae80a88fb/detection.

Полное ДНО, вечные ошибки, ссылки на которые ничего не дают и не решают.
Любой другой ВПН намного превосходит это посмешище.
