Sync only showing older synced info

I recently purchased a new laptop and I have tried syncing my data. However it's only syncing stuff from about 6+ years ago. I have synced my data on other devices no problem, everything was up to date. How do I get my most current sync data back? Why is it only displaying my super old sync data from years ago on this device?

I am running Opera version 82.0.4227.43 on Windows 11.

@rosalaun Are you using the same account? What www.sync.opera.com says is your synced data?
