Opera won't let me download

Hello, I am speaking to you from a translator
because I speak Spanish.
This error happens to me on this page: https://rotabland.eu/maps/maps.php
I can't download anything, not even if I click on the map name or the download buttons (.bsp and .bz2).
This does not happen when I test it in Edge. It only detects it as suspicious because it cannot analyze it.
Although I can download maps if I press where it says "Index", which redirects to: http://rotabland.eu/maps/maps.php

@armorkeik If you middle click on the map name or in the extensions name, you will see that the opened page is considered as not being secure. And it's been a while that Chromium doesn't allow downloading from a non-secure page if you are on a secure one.

@leocg So, if I understood correctly, I cannot download from here because it is considered as a secure page because it has HTTPS. This because the download (the map link) is redirected or stored to another unsecured domain (HTTP)?
But instead, can I download from Index because it is an HTTP which stores its maps from another insecure page (HTTP)?
And if this is how it works, is there a way to enable download in situations like the first thing I named?

@armorkeik Yep, that's what is happening.
You can try clicking on the padlock/triangle/globe badge in addition bar and then on site settings and enable insecure content.
