Cant open opera://themes

soo I tried to upload a theme on my opera gx browser but on many forums, it says that I need to open the opera://themes page but I somehow can't seem to open that page and it keeps showing me this msg.

@evelynwill Should be very old posts. In settings page, find the wallpapers section and click on add your wallpaper.
