Change of browser language not possible

In advanced setting I get the impression that I can move up a language in order to set it to the Browser language. This does not work from potuguese PT to english UK or american. I even changed the computer languange though that should not be needed for...one could easily be on a computer that should stay PT and still have the need to use a browser in UK or another language. I restarted both computer and the Opera browser etc but still PT.

Hi @lazuli99, to set the language for the Opera interface, click on the "three-vertical-dots" symbol on the right of the language name and select "Display Opera in this language", then press the "Relaunch" button to confirm the change.
