New passphrase incorrect, even though just setup

I have Opera Mobile on my Android 10 phone. I signed up, even created new account, enabled sync, went to encryption and selected passphrase and entered new one.
After that I went to my PC, enabled sync entered passphrase, it says incorrect. OK, i went to web UI, reset passphrase, went to mobile app again, logged in, entered new passphrase, on PC same thing again....

@vulishaopera So you login to Sync using your username and password, is asked to input the passphrase and get the warning saying that the passphrase is incorrect?
