New Opera's flag #scrollable-tab-strip (feature adopted from Chromium) - disabled (work in progress)
Scroll the tabs when the tab strip becomes too small to contain them.

The flag #static-tab-audio-indicator is enabled in this version (ready to test it).

Removed flag #adblock-snippets.

Some changes, fixes and improvements:
- DNA-96153 Crash when opening Easy Files
- DNA-95734 Discarded "Recently Closed" items get revived after restart
- DNA-96005 Change automatic proxy bypass for intranet hosts to manual [2/2]
- DNA-96295 “Video pop out” setting doesn’t sync

New Opera's flag #clipboard-protection - disabled (work in progress)
When enabled, sensitive data in copy/paste clipboard will be protected by displaying a status icon in the address bar.

The flag #vpn-manual-bypass-for-intranet is enabled in this version (ready to test it).

The flag #clipboard-protection is renamed to #paste-protection
When enabled, sensitive content in clipboard will be monitored for change - there will be a warning when an external party changes it and they get pasted in Opera.

Removed Opera's flag #disable-media-indicator-in-power-save-mode.
