@retudey You mean your account password or the passphrase?
Your account password you change at https://auth.opera.com/account/edit-profile. To chnage the Sync passphrase, go to https://www.sync.opera.com/ and click on Reset Passphrase

@pokerstar If you reset your passphrase, your synced data will be deleted from the servers but it should not affect the data saved on your Opera installations.

@pokerstar Not really related to the topic, but try your old Windows login password.

@pokerstar Your saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login credentials, that's why you can't use the login data file in a different OS installation or with a different user.

@pokerstar Did you change your Opera account password recently? If so, then you may need to provide the old password to have access to your synced saved passwords.

@pokerstar If you don't remember the old password for your account, then you probably lost access to your synced saved passwords.
