Splash screen popping up randomly while doing stuff in Opera GX

Hey there,

A few days ago my Opera GX started to show me the splash screen randomly while doing stuff like watching videos, movies whatever, happens like 2-3 times a day. I made sure to uncheck "show splash screen on startup" (shouldn't matter really as my browser didn't restart or anything.

Anyone knows how to resolve the issue without reinstalling the browser? Sure, it shouldn't take long to reinstall, I am just worried that my settings are going to get wiped..

@imsarma Try resetting Opera settings.
