ETH sent from Moonpay didn't arrive in my wallet

Hi,

I tried to exchange and transfer an amount of ETH from Moonpay to my opera wallet using my bank debit card.

Despite the transaction being completed and the status in Moonpay being "crypto delivered", tokens do not show in opera wallet.

Please assist
