[Solved]No sound from YouTube or any other site

I have been looking through the posts in the forum regarding lack of sound and haven't found my definitive answer. If I've missed it somewhere, I would love a link to it.
Thank you for any help you can give me.
I get Zero sound when I play media through the browser (e.g. YouTube). The speakers are on. (I get sound when I use Zoom or any other outside-of-browser application.) The websites show that nothing is muted - in fact, everything is turned to maximum volume. It doesn't matter if I use external speakers or headphones.
I ran opera://media-internals/ and got Long logs (too long for this post):
Here are the summaries:Players Tab:
kWebMediaPlayerDestroyed (multiple pages listed including YouTube and Player 127:0)
kEnded (chrome extensions referenced)Audio Tab:
AudioServiceLaunchOnStartup "Disabled"
AudioServiceOutOfrcoess "Enabled"
AudioServiceOutOfProcessKillAtHang "Enabled, timeout = ,undefined. seconds"
AudioServiceSandbox "Enabled"I hope this summary helps. I have saved the log as a text file and can share it with anyone who likes and can decipher the lengthy code.
Thank You!!!

@catherinewiberg In Volume Mixer in Windows settings, is Opera GX unmuted and with a volume level that allow sounds to be heard?
What output device is being listed as the one that Opera should use? It's the correct one?

@leocg I had tried to find the setting you directed me to. I had been unsuccessful until your reply. Thank You. I now have sound. It Was in my sound mixer settings. I didn't realize there would be a separate mixer setting for my browser.
