Pictures being saved as ,jpg

Everytime I download a picture from twitter it's saved as ,jpg and I have to go and delete that , in order to see them, any solution?

@stripdoll It's saved in whatever file type the site tells Opera to use.

Don't know if there are any extensions that can change it.
